Everything changes when we let them down
Everything changes when we let them down. It’s not always intentional, but it happens nonetheless. There was the brightness of light, we could see each other so clearly, but then we let them down, and down it goes. I want to undo what I’ve done, but it almost seems too late in the day. “Some other day,” I tell myself. “Not today.”
